Además, tenemos maquinaria especial para su fabricación automatizada (mecanizado de cuadros, cortadora de cable, etiquetadora, banco de pruebas). We present two different lines of work depending on the client’s requirements.
- One option, if the client has already designed and developed the panel and its electrical diagrams, we go directly to its manufacture, after analyzing the technical information by our technical department.
- Another option is the complete development of the frame, including the preliminary design and the prototype, if necessary. To later go on to manufacture the frame after validation by the client.
Manufacture of electrical cabinets according to the client’s schema:
- The documentation provided by the client is studied and the manufacturing process is adapted for its industrialization.
- Movicontrol’s technical team defines the control plan and the necessary checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Defined down to the last detail, procurement collects the material and manufacturing proceeds.
Control panel design and manufacturing:
- It is defined with the client what product is needed and what application it has.
- Engineering designs the electrical panel and specifies the most suitable materials to meet the product requirements.
- Movicontrol’s technical team defines the control plan and the necessary checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Defined down to the last detail, procurement collects the material and a pre-series is manufactured for validation.
- Once we have the client’s validation, we carry out the industrialization. If requested, the installation is performed.
